Order Processing and Shipping Policy
Processing your order:
Please note order processing takes 1-3 days. Any orders received after 1pm Friday or during the weekend will be processed the coming Monday. ‘Business days’ are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
*During busy seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) please note order processing might be delayed as our warehouse is extremely busy, please allow 3 days to process.
Receiving your order:
Our distribution center is located in the East Coast. For East Coast customers, please allow 5-7 business days after processing. Central and West coast customers, please allow 7+ business days after order processing.
Restrictions on Air Shipping:
Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, our items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. This means they are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.
All shipping charges are calculated by total weight of package and shipping destination.
No P.O. Boxes:
Bianco Profumo™ does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
International Shipping:
